PIP Assessment & review - Question about working

I had my PIP review on the phone yesterday (won't go on about waiting a year which I know many of us have faced!). I wanted to ask if any of you have gone through assessment or review and you have been asked the work question? For the first time in my experience I was asked if I worked and how I got there and if anything is in place to help me at work. My kind side says it's because they are interested to see if we are all being supported but my cynical side says this could be another reason to refuse. Will let you know. Would be very interested though with my casework hat on if any of you have been asked.
